Waxely is a tax calculation and facilitation tool. We provide software to assist you in preparing and filing your tax returns

• We are not a Tax Authority: We do not represent the National Revenue Service (NRS) or any State Internal Revenue Service.
• We are not your Accountant: Unless you have purchased the specific 'File For You,' the software is a self-help tool. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own inputs.

3. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. Waxely is not liable for penalties, interest, or audits resulting from incorrect data you enter (e.g., under-declaring income).
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Services are billed on a subscription or per-filing basis
• All fees are non-refundable once the tax calculation or filing service has been rendered, regardless of the outcome of your tax assessment by the authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Waxely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
• Any calculation errors caused by inaccurate user data.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Waxely and its licensors.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
